Earlier I noticed some posts about somone thinking the Nazis are bad. To that person: Maybe you should read "The Destruction of Dresden" by David Irving 1964.
I do not know much about this author other than when he wrote this book, he also believe the mass holohoax lie (at the time)-however, not as much to sense something wrong and actualy research and create this book back in the fifties and published it in the 60s. Down the road of time, the more research he did, he is now a holocaust denier.
In the first edition of Dresden, there are two introductories. One by A US Airforce General who participated in the bombing of this German town and the second, by Airmarshall Robert Saundby ( some European military person also directly involved). They both stated they read the manuscript of this book and the US General even stated the death toll numbers to be accurate as well as the rest of the documentation.
Irving gives very much detail(some with pictures) acquired from military sources both from Europe and Germany. One detail is how Europe and US maps have hospitals marked with Malteese crosses and generals replies were that they mark them to avoid, however, it is the same symbols used for targets. If you continue reading and get to page 128, you will see where (to document their progress) one of the European bombers was equipped with a camera that was rigged to begin flashing as soon as the bomber release button was activated and continue flashing every second after until the film ran out.

The first flash cartridge fired as the camera was pointing at the Dresden-Friedrichstadt Krankenhaus, the biggest hospital complex in Central Germany.... The third flash was over the hospital's railway siding; a hospital train from the Eastern front was unloading there...
Isn't it interesting that the ones who did such a cowardly assault are the ones currently looked up to by the masses?
The Nazis were protecting Germany and NEVER acted cowardly. The evidence is there if people would get off their asses and actually give some effort into paying attention to it!
Another note also in this book, before the bombing on page 120 you will see where the carpet bomber squad was instructed to bomb the main goods railway and other communications, yet there was not one of Dresden's railway stations in the 1x28 mile sector(just a hospital train). And of course the "loyal shut-up, dont question what you are told" bastards carried out the mission slaughtering 135,000 people. To put it to perspective-71,379 peopple were killed in Hiroshima. Again these numbers were signed off to be accurate by military officials. Even if the numbers were off, the pictures don't lie-as well as other evidence. Also this is just one book out there. Try studying!
