still not dedicated

I ran across this forum 2 years ago, I was about 13ish, I didn't really start getting into Satanism until I was 14, I was meditating on and off at that time period, now I am 15, I meditate for hours daily, but I haven't dedicated yet, I can still dedicate right? Over these 2 years, I felt like I was at war with the enemy, I would get negative thoughts,but now I overcame their thoughts due to void meditation, I feel like now is the time to dedicate, is there a good day to do it on?
I changed greatly as a person as well over these 2 years, I feel like when I found Satanism, I was a different person, as if I matured to an adult. I can still dedicate right? And what day would be the best?
