I'm still in the procees of opening my sixth and seventh chakras. I've
tried the JoS meditation eight times and the only thing that I've felt
is a heat sensation where my pineal gland is and I could feel energy
going from my crown into it. I've yet to experience the bliss sensation
you're supposed to. And also, when I try to visualize my sixth chakra,
it's very dark and tainted and I can't visualize it perfectly indigo so
I know its blocked. I've been hitting it with sex energy and it hasn't
done a thing. Anyone know anything that will help me?
