Also, when you've opened your 7 main chakras, you should look in the files section and work on practicing the yoga routines daily.

It is effective, but I think there are more effect means of doing something like that.

Ceremonial magick is not Satanic, its jewish/kike crap and we don't do it. It's the usual superstitious crap where you draw "circles", banish using the names of "angels", abusing the Gods/Demons, using hebrew symbols and other dangerous nonsense. Avoid everything with hebrew things, jews are the enemies of Satan. The Necronomicon book is allegorical for opening the chakras and raising the kundalini.

The other questions are answered in JoS site. About the astral temple, just make the astral temple first and do a ritual to bless it there.

If you don't open your chakras, you won't feel any effect. The most important thing you do in meditation is OPEN your chakras and then EMPOWER them. That is one of the key points.
 
Blessing your astral temple is important, and you can do the ritual in your astral temple to have it blessed.
 
The rituals in the Necronomicon aren't accurate. The words of power are what you need.  You can do any ritual in your astral temple.
 
Chant and vibrate are the same thing.
 
Biokinesis will change your looks, not necessarily chanting a God a name. However, people may be more attracted to you because off the energy your aura will put off after empowering it with the God's

Well, at the time, my notion was that ceremonial magick was just another way of saying ritual magick.

Not all ceremonial magick is jewish.

I'm not referring to the Necronomicon. I'm talking about the Necronomicon Spellbook - the book of 50 names.

I found that in the Files section, one can vibrate a name from the book along with its word of power.
