Some help with the runes

Hello, my dear brothers and sisters. I have a liitle problem. My mother is working in a high-school as an administrator and she was supposed to have her sallary raised but the high-school does not have enough funds to do that, so I decided to fix this problem using runes, but, as long as I am not that experimented in using runes and I also want the working to be flawless, I decided to ask for your help. So, what runes and affirmation should I use?

Fehu, Wunjo, and Sowilo are usually the best combination when it comes to getting money or other material possessions. If you only want to use one, I would advise Fehu.

Affirmation, something like "In a positive and healthy manner, the energies of [name of rune] are greatly and permanently increasing my mother's salary, now". Do it during the hour of Sun, Jupiter, or Venus.

If you have the time and ability (a lot of people can only handle doing a certain amount of reps), do this for 108 reps for 40 days. Or, 30 reps is a good number, you may only need to do it for a few weeks.

Alternately, you could begin with a ritual, and use each rune 8 times, and continue daily with 8 reps of each.

Imagine the energy as Gold, Green-Gold, or White-Gold.
