Should you even do Saturn Square?

It doesn't sound benefitial. It feels like you're taking a risk with a possible positive outcome or a complete disaster.

If someone lacks self-discipline, then the Saturn square is perfect for them.
The negative effects will probably be in regards to where Saturn is in your chart. It might be in your fourth house, and cause you bad relationship with your mother and relatives; but if you do it, it will empower whatever your affirmation says/whatever the planet rules.
As it says on the site:
The Kabalistic/Magickal planetary square working empowers the base chakra. Saturn when properly directed brings a positive sense of self-discipline, endurance, and organization.

This is not a "possible" positive outcome; it is definitely a positive outcome in regards to these areas; however there's the possibility that its bad energies will be manifested in whichever House or sign you have Saturn in.

It can be a double-edge knife, but if you really need it, you go for it.

The earth element has the same positive effects as listed for the Saturn Square, but doesn't cause negativity unless it's programmed to do so. Perhaps it's better to just invoke some earth.

If u are mature and strong enough there is no need to fear it

I still believe the Saturn square is much more powerful (and quick) than invoking Earth.
Do you think you will have the same effects in 9 DAYS by doing the Saturn square or by invoking the element of Earth and programming it?
The magickal squares are really strong.

I honestly don't know, as I never bothered doing the Saturn square for myself. I never needed it, and it sounds like a bad time, from reports. Also from knowing Saturn's energy. 
What I do know is the fastest way is not always the best. But maybe that's my Earth speaking...
