Having orgasms on a regular basis whenever you feel the need is extremely healthy and should never be neglected. Sex and orgasms dont lower your bioelectricity, they keep you healthy.

No way, the opposite! Orgasm is an excellent way to raise one's energies, this can be done alone through masturbation, or sex with a partner. It would be powerful for you to do so before performing an RTR. However, it is not required since everyone has their on individual way of raising their own energies.
