Does it take awhile to get the hang of getting into a trance? I know everyone is different and stuff, but do you know maybe an estimate of how much time it takes most people? I just started trying yesterday for about an hour and today for another hour. I felt some results with my body feeling heavier, but I think I just lack the concentration and focus to just keep trying to get the falling feeling and when I get close, I start to think about it and it messes me up and I have to restart. Are there certain hours that I could maybe do this to help my concentration or is it just something Im going to have to grind out and work on?
