seeing stuffs, maybe ghosts?

ive visited my boyfriends' place recently and it was "confirmed" that his place had a ghost because his cat acted strangely at times and go around the house and " meow " constantly, and meowed at us as if the cat was trying to tell us something.

then he heard a man say " heheh" behind him when he was chatting with my Satanic friend. ( he was working on his clairaudience, clairvoyance and astral projection during that time ), then when he was meditating he heard a man say stuff but he thought that he would lose concentration of the meditation if concentrated on the man so he ignored the man's voice but he heard the man say " oh well oh well oh well" and the man didnt say anything.

and now im hearing some stuff at the corner of my eyes and when i turn my head it just leaves those energy stuffs when u see when u constantly blink ur eyes... so im a bit creeped out and i thought i heard a womans voice just now.

u see i have this natural thing of being afraid of ghosts... i know im waaay powerful than them but still T_T

You do probably see them, as you probably know they are in astral plane, but i think that you can see them by will, not by force. For example, i can see auras when i tune into someone\something, but i don't see it always. That fear you have, and your thoughts of that possibility that you can see them, probably trigger that inside of you to see them. Try doing some affirmations to not see them or for them to go away when you are in trance?

yea that maybe the case, ive had a thought that what if they are always there but im noticing them coz im thinking about them. thanks

It is a good thing to know psychology when doing psychic workings. I had similar situation myself. After i ordered those entities to leave me by, they did so. I have probably just ordered that to my subconciousness, which triggered hearing those entities. (most likely there were no entities as i am not advanced yet, imagination can do it's tricks). I hope you understand.
