Schooling dogs

There's a lot of hype on the Internet about how the Nazis supposedly tried to teach dogs to talk, read, spell and say "Heil Hitler!". But as 90% of what's on the Internet fake, and we know who controls the media, I'm asking. Did they really do this? I mean, it sounds silly to think of it.

Huskies are normally talktive dogs, they can learn some howls that sounds like phrases you tell them the most.
Search for "Husky says I love you" on YouTube. This Is the only reasonable "super power" they have lol.
