Satan/Enki connection

I posted this in another thread but since I'm allowed to post regularly now, I figured I'd ask again so people could see it.

Would some one care to explain why the JoS equates Satan with Enki? When I've asked elsewhere, all that's been said is "Satan told me" which isn't intellectually satisfying to me. I'd like to see objective, historical, and anthropological evidence as to why the two are the same.

Read the "The Gods of Eden" book by William Bramley, it's as PDF in the files of this group. A simple way to see this is look at the symbols. Enki's symbols were the serpent, goat and trident and the constellation was the Capricorn. And he was also known to wear a horned helmet. He was the bringer of knowledge. This was twisted and he was turned into a goat-faced horned monster with a pitchfork, and the serpent in the Garden of Eden which brings knowledge.

Really, why isn't the obvious answer "intellectually satisfying"?? Of course you can always go to Satan and ask Him, he will happily admit that He is Enki.

Another is that Enki is the creator-god of humanity, and xianity was written partially to 'demonize' Enki and the other original gods of the humans. Perfect example being Ishtar/Astaroth; the pictures Ive seen drawn by xians aren't even the right gender, let alone looking anything remotely like her.

Enki is the creator, through genetic manipulation, of the human race.

Enki gives us knowledge. Agnosis. Consciousness. Liberation, when he wanted to keep us safe and alive.

Satan is also the liberator. He is the Serpent, presenting Eve with the Apple of knowledge.

Satan/Enki are the same being. Get used to it.
