"A law that aims to protect children from harmful internet content by allowing the government to take sites offline has taken effect in Russia."
The article states that now that Russian government will be able to bring offline any site without a trial. Here are the most notable points.
1) The
reason for this law:
"The authorities say the goal is to protect minors from websites featuring sexual abuse of children, offering details about how to commit suicide, encouraging users to take drugs and sites that solicit children for pornography."
2) The control of the operation is given to an
independent part of the government.
The list of banned website will be managed by Roskomnadzor (Russia's Federal Service for Supervision in Telecommunications, Information Technology and Mass Communications). It is meant to be updated daily, but its contents are not available to the general public.
3) The Russian people already understood the point and are already
worried:
"The government will start closing other sites - any democracy-oriented sites are at risk of being taken offline."It will be [an attack on] the freedom of speech on the internet."

Some Personal Thoughts Following
governments controlled by jews
This reminds me the way jews exert control to the US. They put their jew controlled people to the government and pass laws to limit citizens. So i naturally thought, jews are behind that. We've seen a lot of laws trying to limit or censor the internet in US and EU and I don't think they're unrelated.
be aware
The jews think they're so smart, but they're not. They pray on the weak. Or the weak pray for them (pun intended). We have to be aware and fight back. Read your country/state news and be aware of what happens.
internet freedom of speech
The jews know that the internet is freedom of speech. The truth will never be hidden in the internet. So they try to silence our mouths. They think that they will go unnoticed and deliver their final blow without us noticing.
possible jew scenario
I've thought a simple scenario based on the previous law in Russia that the jews could attempt, it's not great but use your imagination:
The jews make a site about SS in Russia. Get a few innocent followers and guide them to cause crimes or suicide. Then SS gets a bad name and any SS site including JoS gets banned in Russia. The second bigger country in the world goes dark.
SS strategize
We as SS have to strategize also. We have to think beforehand what we'd have to do if the groups were down or if the JoS site was down/unavailable. We have to have alternatives to communicate with each other. One alternative is through email and newsletters, but not dependent on Yahoo Groups.

The information of the JoS site is already in downloadable/printable form. Everyone should have the JoS site, the BlackSun, and Exposing Xianity PDFs downloaded and even printed. This way should the site is down you could still find info for the meditations. Also if your computer fails, you could have the printed version.
Take care of this now because Mercury Retrograde is soon and this affects computers and internet.

communication
The most important thing though is communication. We have to be united. The more experienced brothers and sisters communicate directly with Father Satan and the Demons. But the newest brothers/sisters are not yet advanced and need information and an initial guidance. There has to be a place for new people to come and learn about Father Satan and SS.
