I must say that Maxines explanation is very good, as alway with explaining how to vibrate. For instance making the SSSSSSSSSSSSssSSSSSSSSS sound. I was using this to open my base chakra about a year ago and I heard a voice tell me that I was not even close, put more into it, Louder, then I just gave up. And the voice was a female voice, I think it was Astoroth. Im not bragging just thinking, but if I was I am very thankful to her, She is very great.
