Rune vibration in Power Rituals

Hello! I have a question. I’m new to these power rituals, and I was wondering should the runes we’re given be vibrated in the literal sense, like when opening a chakra, or simply spoken with a strong intonation?
Thank you.

Each letter of the rune should be vibrated between 1-2 seconds, so much quicker than you would for opening a chakra or doing usual runework.
I have also vibrated at a speaking pace and that also works completely fine, so spoken with a strong intonation is a good speed but just make sure you are still vibrating the words.
Basically the Rituals are all vibrated quite quickly.

It should be vibrated as when you were vibrating to open the chakras but this time when you're vibrating you're also channeling onto feeling and visualising that energy.

But is it ok for beginners? 150 vibrations, that’s a lot. It makes me feel dizzy at some point.
No its supposed to be done quicker than that multiple Guardians and Clergy have confirmed this, 1-2 seconds per letter per rune or simply vibrate the mantra at speaking speed, longer vibrations are not needed for the Rituals and may actually weaken its effects.

Yes, take care of not doing too much vibrations , know ur limits , don't be foolish

You can do 5x repetitions where the option is available. Most rituals can be done with 50% repetitions. That is one option. Other option is to go full-newbie route and do only 1 or 2 repetitions.

Yes, and no. They can be done longer, too.
