rolling "R"s or trilling help please

ok i either cant do it or cant do it yet and ive read online it takes some people who cant do it years to get it right is there some alternative rolling Rs for stuff like chanting demon names and vibrating runs ect or can someone give me a really good technique/advice

I do it with my astral mouth. It's hard to keep it going with my physical mouth. And doing them astrally/mentally is just as effective as physically. Just make sure that you can 'hear' the sounds, it's kind of like playing a song in your head. You hear it, but not physically.

This is not something that takes years to get right. I couldn't roll
my R's when I was new either, so I asked my Hispanic friends for advice. They told me to curl my tongue and bounce it against my
palate. That explanation was extremely helpful and after that I didn't have a problem. If you need help with this, find someone who speaks Spanish and ask for guidance.
