Right side of mouth is fucked, can't roll R's, plz help

For reasons I wont go into, for the next 48 hours the right side of my mouth is fucked, and I can't roll any R's.

I have a rune working I need to do tonight that has an R in it (Uruz) and as we know those have to be rolled, is there anything I can do to save the working? Using the non-rolled "Errr" perhaps or mentally vibrating it maybe? I'm almost done with this working and really don't wish to lose it.

Just do the best that you can for the r, it's not critical and you're not gonna fail the working.
