I am making videos with subtitles in my native language, and I really need the audio, to make this possible.

Use a text reader, that plays audio.
also, if you have Android, you can use @Voice, it reads txt to audio and will make a recording of the text/pdf/www... also of anything you highlight.
i travel a lot and this is how i "read" most of my JOS web pages.

If you use Audacity, you might be able to remove or reduce some noise.

When recording, don't speak for a couple of seconds. Put this recording into Audacity, and follow this -

  This website turns texts into mp3 files in many different languages. I've tried for my language and it sounds the most understandable, natural and human-like (free) auto-reader I've tried. The text limit is usualy one chapter lenght (50,000 characters). We can do whole videos, and it will be useful for those who are not into recording their own voice.

  How to use it is simple, you copy the text there you want (one chapter/sermon etc.), and make sure the paragraphs aren't broken, and there are no numbers of pages on it, otherwise the site will read and it will sound strange.
