remembering forgotten things

if anyone has heard of this game runescape, i used to play but i quit because it's a waste of time, anyway i am trying to sell my account but i forgot my registerd email account, so i can not change my password or anything, and the customer support is absolutely horrible, i have been waiting for over three weeks just to get a response from the support team and the automated response i got the day after emailing them said to wait two weeks for an email.

well, enough typeing i just wanted to ask if anyone knows of a good meditation that i could use to remember my email and password so i can get some much needed money, while i wait for anyone to help me out im gonna go try myself.
