i jst wanna knw wat is it bout?
i recently bought a book nd jst a read d 1st chapter
4m dat it says its using d universal energy around us instead of our own enrgy 2 heal ourselves
is it diff 4m spiritual healing??
or is it the same??

Well, energy is everywhere.
We as a group more prefer to use our own energy to heal for it is easier to access.
But it could always be proficient to use surrounding energies.
We do this too sometimes, like drawing in energy from the sun or moon or earth and using it for our goals.
