regarding incense

hi would somebody explain to me the use of incenses? I have read the jos but I don't get it for example you wanna summon a god we should look at their candle color and the color matches the planet candle color then we should choose the incense for that planet? I give an example: you wanna summon a god that candle color is blue then you should look what planet has candle blue and choose the incense? or if there is another thing plz help mehail to the satan hail to the gods of hell

The JoS Demon dictionary list specific incense that the Gods like. But really you can use any you like as long as its not foul smelling or cheep. Really you don't need incense at all to summon Demons.

It's not mandatory to have incense, although everyone has their preference and what feels comfortable for them... Do what Yog said first.  
In addition to that, you could learn more about candle making and incense making.  Its quite easy and will help you learn magickal herbs faster - if your so inclined.  Candles are extremely easy to make.  Some use dyes, some use beeswax...  But its quite simple until you get into fragrances and moods.
