really important questions about the arfterlife

ok firstly do i need to reincarnate when i die or can i if i have enough spiritual power stay?
secondly how can a spiritual war be fought if spirits are eternal surely when we kill our enemies they will come back reincarnated the only way i see that working is binding all the enemies souls
