Really confused feeling situation with the heart chakra

Hello brothers and sisters! Feels good to post here again, besides the situation.

Some time ago I made a post about a discomfort in the solar chakra with burning and pain, some brothers and sisters gave me some answers to help with ( I really appreciate it, you all are always so gentle) but, with the time passing the discomfort desappeared making me think that It was just a question about adaption to the crescent energy change in the chakra, but now my heart chakra is being the difficult one, its feels sort of wrong, when I look at it in the meditations its seems disconnected, the symbol of the heart chakra gets weird, i visualize the chakra symbol but it always crooked, and accompanied by burning, while I was in a walk I also see a crooked green pyramid, felt like a signal.

(During meditations I have seen the othala rune inverted, is this related in some way?)

You need to work on your fourth chakra. The inverted rune could be a sign that you need to purify this center.

In some cases, it has been suggested to me that I perform specific asanas (for about an hour) on the pair of chakras where the problem was present, during the most favorable days and hours.

During Mercury hours, on Wednesdays, work on it more thoroughly, without overdoing it, until the problem is resolved.
