Ask the public defender how you can be charged for a "commercial" burgulary on a non profit, non taxpaying, non buisness for profit church? A commercial burgulary entails robbing a profit making buisness like a store. Since a church is supposed to be a place of worship and not a "commercial buisness" how can you be charged with the crime of commercial burglary? You need to insist on these points with your appointed attorney and do not back down. State that you want a full jury trial and will not waive any rights. They won't waste money on a small time trial and will offer a deal. Remember they are overworked and understaffed. make that work in your favor. DO NOT miss any apperances, remember this is not about justice, this is a sick game the predominant xtian culture has created. It is designed to enslave you, insist on time served, and insist on all your rights to due process. SINCE A CHURCH IS NOT A COMMERCIAL BUISNESS FOR PROFIT HOW CAN YOU BE CHARGED WITH COMMERCIAL BURGULARY? You can tell the jury your honest story about survival and the cold, you have nothing to lose anyway with a trial. Most trials end in a not guilty verdict 50 percent of the time. They will offer deals right up to and even during trial. Take them all the way to jury selection and disqualify all xtians, muslims and jews due to religious intolerance. FIGHT these fuckers.
