im very new to all of this and i need little help about meditations if possible, please! right now i do not know
much about meditating. on the meditation index on JOS (beginner section) theres so many different
categories. can you please help me; should i complete these things in the order they are listed on that section? and what things should be done dailie and what only once? theres so many different techniques do i need to master all of them listed in the different sections? i feel abit overwhelmed about all these things..
