Yahoo! has made an upgrade to yahoo groups with certain new features. You can now have rich text document option to write your topics in groups and in that,there you have a files attachment option as same as in your yahoo mail.

The entire "update" is fucked up and worse than before though. It has no search function and the message view shows very little part of the post. Basically it's another of yahoo's failures, and there's no "change back to classic view" option. If you google you'll see that many people complain about this "new design".

I just logged in with my new account (used for posting JoS links to youtube, mostly) and I couldn't navigate properly! The entire group looked weird

I'm in my main account now, it's the same as it was before, hasn't changed yet, but now your (Firestarter) message isn't here in my reply box.

I can't stand it either. The whole thing frustrates me. Hopefully with all the complaints they will at least give us a 'classic mode' as firestarter was saying. I tried looking for a way to go back to it as well, but couldn't find it.
I believe its different on your main account because it requires a logout to become active for that account. Before it changed, I had to sign back into yahoo! as it signs me out every two weeks for security.

Speaking of the update, what is that photo of st basil cathedral? I couldn't underestand it is the cover photo of group or default cover photo of Yahoo groups. Maybe moderators can change this photo of xian church?
