Quick question on becoming adept

Hey, I hope this isn't too much, but if it is possible i have a question i would like answered. I have become closer with the Demons and Demoness' i have been working with but would like to know if there is an effective way to become adept to the point that i can clearly see and hear them as if they were just another person. I understand through meditation this is possible, but would like to know which specific variations would be the best in order to obtain the best results. I know this is long but if someone could please help i would greatly appreciate it. I am ready for any advanced meditation to do this but I would just like to know which would be the best for the best results. Hopefully this isn't too much to ask for but it would be great to be very adept and not just use telepathy due to the harsh attacks from the enemy since they really like to interfere. You need to open and empower your astral senses (clairvoyance and clairaudience). Also, empowering the third eye helps with clairvoyance and the pineal gland helps the astral senses.

Thank you! I must need to put more time in and effort and just be patient because I am able to see auras and energy but not adept to the point i can clearly see any Demons. Thanks for the tip again, I will work hard on this to reach my goal!

I am also interested in this. I know it has less to do with your eyes (which just perceive light) and more to do with your mind, but although I can naturally see them, its like a tv channel that isnt coming in right. its all outlines and shadows
