Questions on meditation, yoga, rituals, and more

I'm sorry I keep posting these; whenever I meditate or do yoga the questions I forgot to ask resurface in my memory, but I'm trying my best to do them all at once.
1.Can the AoP ritual done during the period between the full moon and the new moon be done at any other time, or are there negative consequences for doing so? The one I'm referring to, just in case there's more than one between the full and new moon, is the one where you move a "miniature sun" from your crown chakra down through your soul to push out negative energies, thoughtforms, and curses.
2.I remember reading on the yogic breathing exercises page that the Breath of Fire is utilized frequently in Kundalini yoga, but when I read the PDF on Kundalini yoga, it seems to me that the breaths are very slow and deep. Am I misunderstanding something?
3.For third eye chakra opening, I've been doing the exercise for over four days now. Should I have stopped and done the other chakra opening exercises, or was I right to keep going? I just felt that I should be doing it until it's obvious that my third eye is open.
4.I also remember seeing a post awhile back here that said something like "even if a Jew's blood contaminates a Gentile's bloodstream, that Gentile technically becomes a Jew". Is this true? I figured that the kikes only transmitted their bloodline genetically, but from the way this sounds, it seems like if one of them hypothetically came up to a Gentile with a syringe filled with their blood and injected the Gentile with it, the Gentile would become a Jew. Maybe I'm confusing things, but this one has really been bothering me.

1. I would say only do it when it says to because it is probably most effective then and other ACs and AOPs can be done
2. I'm not sure what you mean but in the breathing exercizes just execute it how it says
3. Only do it for the four days that it says. Your third eye will be opened I you did it correctly how it said bu you may just not realize it.
4. Yes joos contaminate. I believe if a joo and a gentile mixed that gentile would be joo because a joo is a joo and they would be missing part of their soul because of the joo

1. The special ritual you speak of is an aura cleaning not an AoP. The one with the mini sun. We are supposed to do this for a year straight. Every day. The AoP with 18 reps is new-full moon. However after I had a hard time, Cobra suggested I can do it to no ill effect after the moon is waning. It just doesn't add anything to aura building ritual we do every new moon. It is its own thing seperate when you do it after the full moon.

3. Make certain your 3rd eye is open before doing the crown. Mine gave me a headache for like 3 or 4 days after. Mine actually opened and closed, then I opened it again lol.

Avoid this mistake. I used to think I had to be on the level of seeing ALL KINDS of things with my third eye before opening the crown. You know, seeing vibrant auras all over, hearing voices all the time, seeing spirits frequently. This is not true. Recently I've started to see my aura a bit, not in amazing detail. I also don't see spirits or energy as much as you might think. Only occasionaly. I was told that I don't have to wait and that I should go ahead and open the crown, and that will even help me to experience these things more.

No-one is going to convert you here or feel bad for your departure. People come to Satan on their own free will. It's an individual choice.

Could i fix my anxiety with one breathing exercise?? Lets say Sithali. And could i get an energy burst with it? Can i cure my laziness with it?

1. Build your auto of protection multiple times a day, every day. Eventually, you'll be able to simply breathe it in but, do it the hard way at first. A good foundation is vital.

2. "Frequently" means "often," not "speedily." There is no contradiction here.

3. Keep going with opening your third eye.

4. Your blood replaces itself every 100 days. Even if you had a transfusion containing jew blood, it will not change you DNA profile.

I Don't recommend mixing you blood on purpose. But, you'd actually be more at risk associating with jews and letting your mind being overtaken.
