The accuracy of astrology does not depends on astrology itself, but the astrologer. That's why the Gods can tell the future with very good accuracy, thousands of years ahead for example.

Planets placed at top of the chart express themselves in an extrovert way. Maybe you express your Venusian energy in the society and in private it's rather your Moon in Cancer in 3rd house who dominates.
