I tried thinking about reincarnation and Astrology and it baffled me too. Too many conflicting information that raises questions such as: do personal planets stay the same the next time you're reborn, or they change, completely altering you and your soul?

Your opening statement is vague. A strong soul would naturally imply a healthy body but the assumption can't go in reverse. Just because a person is attractive doesn't mean they have a strong soul, they can be the most sickly person on Earth. Though, body wise (in athletic sense), then it adds to the mind/body/soul combination, effectively indirectly empowering the other two.
And I don't understand this 'karma' thing anyways. Some interpretations of the Sun being in the 12th house of the natal chart means that a person has abused power in his past life, but who judges me and says that I have 'abused too much power' and assigns my sun to be in the 12th house of my chart? I don't know where people get these interpretations from.
I should start past life regressions, it will answer a lot of things.
I would look to the planets (on the natal chart of the person) for physical appearances. Venus in conjunction with the ascendant or harmoniously aspects it (or the chart ruler) will produce physically attractive or beautiful people. It doesn't necessarily mean they're very spiritual or healthy, especially if they have things in the chart that would make them tired of religion/spirituality completely or have a weak immune system.
Also, if you engrave workings into your soul, then it will carry on to other lives/wherever/whatever you are in that life unless you decide to remove it for whatever reason. I guess a person can try to place magicks on him/herself to be very beautiful the next time he/she is reborn.

I'm sorry, but this may seem like a stupid question, but what I'm really trying to figure out is how soul power works and how it effects your life when it comes to the cycles of reincarnation. I'm also mind boggled about past life karma, let's say someone in their past life was a murderer or did a lot of evil shit... Would that cause some sort of karma and will it move on with this person in their next life? If so... how will it effect that person and in what ways? Living in South Dakota and being around a lot of Native Americans (people that are involved in spirituality to white person, this would be witchcraft but to a Native American, we would call it medicine) I know a lot of people who are able to see spirits and even able to talk to them telepathically, not to mention move objects with their minds and read other peoples' thoughts, but almost everyone of these people are very unhealthy and definitely not physically attractive. Then I've met some of them who are, but without any of the powers I listed above, so I'm really confused on this topic. Hardly any of them meditate, not to my knowledge anyways, so how does this work?
