Not really because of how much degeneration has happened over generations because of Jewish programs and attacks against the Gentile soul, and their memory. However, that doesn't mean you won't know a thing or two about your past self when you do reincarnate. Your birth chart will help you identify both sides of the spectrum, especially your 12th house, Lunar Nodes, and especially if those aspect fixed stars.
