First, I'm french and my English is not so developed...Sorry for that.
Since I perform the meditation...wen I fall into sleep I see the picture on my head, it's so realistic (texture colors) that it's weak up me and can't fall in sleep till of one hour..And...Some time I go to the restroom in dark to see the visuals illusions. Normaly I saw the normal on...But here to some time I saw the realistic one..
If this realistic visual illusion have a signification ?
Do I develop some kind of power or some like that?
All of that realistic visual illusion are so beautiful..Pictured of water, tree, snow...Some time wolf...And other beautiful..
