I noticed that after freeing the soul
I felt really heavy with fatigue.
Is that expected? Arnt you supposed to feel good and uplifted?

It is normal. Try doing aura and chakra cleaning, as it might help, but also relax and do an activity you like for a while.

Yes this may happen with intense spiritual efforts, I think you found high resistance to your freeing work.
As soon as energies are recovered and restored, most likely you will feel uplifted and better as a result.
