Question #4663: How to stop snoring?

Is there a spiritual way to stop it so I could sleep with my boyfriend finally?

My snoring is very loud, like very loud and I hate it.

Please help! I'm serious

Snoring is caused by lack of breath. Humans are supposed to breath through their nose while sleeping, but if you don't go outside and always have your windows shut, your body snores in a desperate attempt to breath. This could also be due to cardiovuscular problems, often caused by smoking, bad diet, lack of exercise, and alcohol. Make sure to hydrate too.

Aside from what Hellenic SS wrote, you may also try to change position (avoid sleeping on your back, choose instead to sleep on the side)
- remember to change your pillows too (because it's accumulate allergens)
-if you are overweight, focus on losing weight
-make sure you get enough sleep
-Allergies can also cause a loud snoring, because it's block airflow through your nose, which means you should regularly change curtains, bedding, vacuum more often etc. Just take more care of cleanliness.
