Question #4436: What is the best sequence to engage in self-development?

Most of all I am worried about where to start the exercises, I am in doubt what to do yoga or meditation and what to do in the middle, there are many exercises and meditations of different types in the community and the only thing I have come to is to divide into time intervals of 1-2 hours, but this approach wastes my time too much

You need to create a meditation routine so that you get to complete it every day. Try to do the best you can.
