in astrology we know scorpio is the 8th house ,,does that mean for all people in this world who were not born in scorpio ascendant ,even their 8th house is also ruled by scorpio(pluto) ..For eg :If someone is born in gemini ascendant ,their 8th house is still ruled by pluto(scorpio)
