I would start with Dedication to Satan, but I don't have a place to do it safely. I saw the idea of using an Astral Temple in the FAQ, but I didn't quite understand how I was supposed to create it.

You do have a safe place, I *highly* doubt both parents or any other type of hostile party is there 24/7. Do you you think one of the family pets is gonna snitch on you? XD. In a higher relation to your question, what didnt you understand about making an Astral Temple? I dont see what isnt clear, re-read it maybe. Maxine did a perfect job of explaining it, after all, she is the founder. Id expect her to do a perfect job
