If I empower my chart ruler using a planetary square and my chart ruler is aspecting my 7th house ruler, will this also help the affairs of my 7th house? I was asking because my chart ruler is in a sextile with the ruler of my 7th house by about a 2 degrees orb. My chart ruler is also in a tight Trine with my Pluto, so will this also help with the affairs that Scorpio rules in my chart?
