Hello.
My blood pressure goes high when I do an RTR. This makes my heart skip sometimes which is not healthy.

How to do an RTR with less blood pressure?

Does this happen with other rituals? Use acupoints like LI 11 to regulate blood pressure. Do your hatha yoga and yin-style pranayama as well.

When doing the RTR, don't put as much force into it to avoid raising your BP as much.
