I have never done a freeing working before, can you please help me figure some stuff out? I'll do 108 Ansuz and not Munka, since Mercury wont be retrograde on the 5th.

When vibrating the rune/mantra do I need to visualise something and if yes, what? Do I breathe in a specific color of energy on the inhale?

Do you know what a good affirmation would be? This is incomplete and only as an example :"My speech is clear in a positive way, now and permanently" But I don't like it, just targeting speech, what if my thought patterns stay the same? You mentioned to target any communication issues, that seems awesome, but I don't know how to do that, or what an affirmation would look like.

When performing a freeing working i'm supposed to clean the chakra that Mercury rules right? The throat chakra? Due to the negative karma and all?

I'm not JG Blitzkreig, but I'll do my best to answer your questions:

1. Freeing of the soul working mantra or rune can be Munka, Ansuz or Uruz. If you are new, doing 108 could be hard on your body. Try to do 40 or 80 times instead.

2. You can visualise the restriction breaking free from you, setting you free, or just white gold if the above is too distracting.

3. You can make an affirmation along the lines: "In a positive, healthy and happy manner for me, I no longer have any negative communication problems. I am now able to communicate freely." 9 times.

4. You're supposed to clean your chakras and Aura thoroughly all together.
