Question #1614: E-Z chakra spin

As I do my energy work, I read the information under the title "EZ Chakra Spin"
I am curious, does one spin ones third eye chakra?
If so, does it also face downwards, or would it face inwards/sideways so the output energy point faces/is directed towards the sixth chakra?

When spinning, does the direction matter?
Some information I have read suggests that direction of energy spinning matter in some cases; counter-clockwise or wittershins as I read suggests for banishing/pushing away vs. clockwise draws energy towards one.

I'm curious about this.
I currently spin my chakras counter-clockwise. I envision my third eye facing inwards drawing in with the output towards my sixth chakra. I want to be sure my practice is done safely & correctly. My intention is definitely there. Input?

It points inwards, in the direction of the Sixth Chakra.

No. Pick a direction and stick with it.

I recommend opening both on the same day, spacing the two apart.
Begin at night, as the Higher Chakras (5th, 6th and 7th) are more active at night.
Whereas the Lower Chakras (1st, 2nd and 3rd) are more active during daylight.
Once open, continue meditating on the Third Eye and Sixth Chakra daily.

The third eye is one of the extensions of the 6th chakra.

I believe clockwise is for in taking energy, and counter clockwise for expelling energy, which can be useful in aura cleaning. Try whichever works for you.
