Dude same here. Everything can seem to be getting stack, from progress to anything. When this moves away you will be able to advance in all areas more. You need to push more into protecting yourself and make daily Hatha and Kundalini in your routine no matter what. Build and keep building the Aura of Protection all the time. It will save your ass. Ask for your GD's to take care of you, sure they do already, but you have to know it yourself that you're protected. Cleanse your soul from all negative and enemy energies many times a day. You will make it through and I try to do the same.
