problems with meditation.

hi people! I have tried too meditat but it's kind a hard for me.. cause i have problems too concentrate, and sometimes when i succed i see all this horrible pictures of twisted face's and shit that realy scares me, what could it be? just my imagination playing tricks or angelic attack?.. I have not dedicated my soul yet, cause there is still much i want too learn befor doing it, and i know i'll feel it when my time is ready too dedicate my soul to our beloved father, he will give me the go. But until then i'll have too do what I can to empower my soul and getting as much knowledge about everything. At this time i'm reading the bapohmet index. very intresting and a lot of knowledge. i recommend it

<td val[/IMG]I know what you mean by it being kind of hard to concentrate.The biggist thing is it takes discipline. You just have to make your self do it.But the longer you do the more it becomes part of your life.I have only been doing it a few months myself,but I can't start my day now with out walking on my tread mill,and doing my power meditations.After a while if you stick with it,it becomes a want to instead of a have to.Good luck!
