problem visualising!!!

Hello brothers & sisters,

I have problem visualising due an incident several years ago I experienced in a Rei-ki ceremony...
Does any ones familiar with any methos to start all over from ground zero to concentrate on visualising basic shapes & colors? I only can get my mind to focus on grey & kinda redish color & shapes will mix together & it gets very complicated visualisings anything at all!

Rituals like that really don't have any power. NO ONE can take away the ability to visualize your just out of practice.
