You don't need to have done the 40 day program before doing rituals. However, it seems you mean magick rather than rituals.

Rituals are ceremonies you do to the Gods where you don't expect anything in your life to manifest, you only do them to connect with them. Magick is done to manifest some change in your life.

Everyone can do standard rituals or the dedication ritual or God rituals, but you need to be experienced in meditation to use magick. For the love spell specifically you also need to have experience in other magick as well as the mental maturity to know if you truly need it or not, because in 99% of the cases it's better to use a non-targeted Venus square to attract your perfect partner instead of a specific person.

For example binding someone to you to love you is something only immature people want to do. They are acting from their temporary obsession with a person and don't understand that they may get bored of him/her or that person may not turn to be as they imagined or that the person may become obsessed with them and ruin their life.

Regarding love matters, the best working to do is to do is a spell attract your perfect partner. A targeted love spell towards a specific person is almost always a myopic and bad thing, and I'm not implying any morality here only usefulness.

Having a solid base and energy level is ideal before starting with any workings as most require a strong understanding and feel for bio-electricity and will. You must also know how to program and set affirmations and such is said in the 40-day meditation program.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I see ur point, and i'll definitely think much more seriously before deciding to cast a love spell. But, if I suddenly think of conducting a love spell, in what kinds of magic do I need experience in?

Yes, the 40-day program gives you a solid start on your lifelong journey of meditation, remember that even after 40 days have passed, the exercise need to be continued to reap maximum effectiveness.

But, if I suddenly think of conducting a love spell, in what kinds of magic do I need experience in?

Any magick that affects yourself, like healing, money and success spells. If you haven't manifested things for yourself like money or healing and don't have built faith in your magickal ability chances are you won't be able to influence another person either.

Let's say that if you don't know what magick is and you haven't experience with it at all, spells that affect other people or curses probably are not going to work and in the case of black magick and curses they may backfire if you don't know what you are doing

Many here recommend for beginners to magick to use a spell to make themselves more attractive. It's easier and better than a love spell, it only affects yourself.
