When I was in Tibet, some of the Tibetan monks who practiced Vajrayana Buddhism (Tantric Buddhism) performed the Five Tibetan Rites. They are a simple five yoga practices that are done at certain times in the day. Many do them in the morning and before ritual. Not all Tibetan schools practiced the Five Rites but I heard that the Kagyu Tibetan school of Buddhism, by far the closest, in my opinion, to the true and original Satanic religion out of the many Eastern practices and faiths, practices them. The Kagyu school is very secretive about their works and rituals. They passed down their knowledge orally from master to apprentice and encourage students to individualize techniques based on how the meditations and practices affect the individual - experiment based meditation learning. The apprentice is required to learn the base practices that is orally passed down through generations uncorrupted but also add to practices their individual form of the base meditations. Masters teach base teachings and their own techniques to the apprentice.
This is a video of the five Tibetan Rites:
The 5 Tibetan Rites - Do it Along As you can see, the rites are common yoga poses. I practiced them in Tibet, along with daily meditation and I have never felt more power, more cheerful or healthier in my life before. I can't say it was directly because of the Tibetan Rites or the mixture of many things including clean air, clean water, good food, long meditation practices, minimal electronic use (pretty much only reading ebooks and taking pictures). I also did not learn them from an actual Kagyu master and so do not know if they are corrupted or if they are only the beginning of a larger set of practices that have to be done in conjunction. I did see them performed partly once when I visited a Kagyu monastery but I only saw a part of it whiles I walked across the patio and entered into the main building.
I would like others to try the Tibetan Rites and see if it works for them. Preferable more advanced fellow brothers and sisters but anyone can try. Would love to hear back about your experiences.
Interesting side note about the Kagyu school, they are the only Buddhist school in Tibet that allows their monks to have sex but prohibit sex between people of different spiritual levels. To have sex and procreate, you must do so with someone that is spiritually equal to you. The school also encourages procreation among the spiritually most gifted. The corrupted Gelug school - headed by the traitorous Dalai Lama - forces complete abstinence.
