Positive energies from Saturn.

I remember reading one of the High preist's sermons(Don't remember who wrote it). Where he describes the chakras to be actual portals to diffrent planets, and I read often here how Saturn only has negative energies and how it's the ''kike planet''. But this got me wondering, if Saturn only has negative energies, why is it connected to us though the base chakra? I know Lucifer wouldn't had put it there if the saturnic energies didn't have a positive or atleast a useful function.

I hope someone can enlighten me on the subject.
