I started doing hatha and kundalini yoga 8 days ago Now I feel pain in my lower back, thigh area and don't know if it's relevant or not but I have pain in testis area too It's really annoying I need to know is it normal or not and if it's not what should I do 

 
definitely not normal, the hatha yoga routine on jos isnt for everybody.. you have your specific needs and problems to be adressed, for example forward bends hurt my back incredibily as I have a weak core, try to understand what your problem is, and if possible take iyengar yoga classes as they teach you the asanas perfectly.
