I recently stumbled upon this website www.obe4u.com
It is a OOBE school by some Russian guy and there's a free e-book that teaches techniques for OOBE. There are instructional YouTube vids too!

I've read the book, first 30 or so pages are instructions, the rest are people's experiences, so, Is it safe to try these techniques for those that never did this?
Not trying to be disrespectful, just asking with respect.

So what is your opinion, is it "safe" to use?
OOBE in three days practicing could help out a lot, me thinks....
