Everyone is individual therefore each experience after performing the meditations is as individual as the person.

The headache is most likely a sign that your crown chakra is awakening and beginning to function properly.

Good Luck

<td val[/IMG]Focus on the color violet- or purple.  You should have already opened and should feel your third eye.  Try to establish an energy uptake in your third eye.  Also something else I learned is you can focus on your palms (both right and left hands) as you meditate on the color violet and your crown area.  Remember- your hands can play an important part in
ascending your kundalini.   Hail Satan and the Gods of Old   *HELLS WARRIOR*
