Opening and closing chakras

So I did the ritual months ago for opening my chakras and they have been open ever since. I clean them and spin them but today I read that having them open can cause a person to be more susceptible to bad energy. So after reading that I did the chakra closing ritual before I went to work. How often should I keep my chakras closed ? Is it healthy to have my chakras open 24/7 ? Because sometimes I have to be around certain people and I do want their energy contaminating my energy.
 
For all the time you are between common people because they don't clean their souls and for this reason are dirty.

If you want to be open with some dear people you can clean their soul before the interaction.

Its not necessary as long as you are regularly cleaning yourself and your protection will deflect their negativity.

If you cleanse your aura every day and perform protective aura practices but still feel you might be exposed to negative energy or are sensitive to bad energies, you can close your chakras and not worry about anything. Everything will gradually improve if you seriously continue on your path and make progress, and you won’t need to do anything more. I’m like this myself; my aura is very sensitive, and I practice these meditations.

When you close them, it will back open through the day.

Yes, I completely agree, as I’ve experienced this myself.
I’m very sensitive, and this sensitivity has made me obsessively focused on my aura. I feel that the protective aura I create isn’t as strong as I expect, and I need to reinforce it again. This feeling isn’t overwhelming, and I do trust my aura, but it still worries me. At certain times of the day, my mind spirals into chaos over the thought that my aura is still vulnerable to negative energies, and it genuinely distresses me.
Sometimes, I can’t fully visualize my aura in "white" light, as I feel there are parts where a "silver" light appears. However, when I visualize "golden" and "white" light in my aura, it helps me a lot.
What advice do you have for me, brother?

Are you doing the aura of protection meditation every day? Because it needs to be done daily. Worries and doubts about one's efforts can undermine the effort, even to the point of being wasted. Never do this. Instead, (even if you have to fake it until you make it), be confident in your efforts. Doing aura of protection meditation with confidence every day is key here.

Yes, I do Ac, Aop, and Vm every day, and I recently completed the 40-day program. Now I’m planning to start the 6 month program.
You're right! I’m a bit concerned about my progress, and that worry sometimes causes negative thoughts to flood my mind.
